Yes, I am. I haven't posted worth diddly in ages. I have no excuses - well, ok, I do, but I know that certain of you, dear readers, will refuse to accept at least one of them (a massive addiction to World of Warcraft, a massively-multiplayer online role playing game that sucks up hours of my waking time). You might give me a little more leeway on work - I've had a major project there for months, and it's now looking quite likely that I'm going to be moving into a new role that'll be, well, mighty interesting. But that does not absolve me of responsibility for my lack of posting. I will do my best to post more regularly. I promise.

While poking around the server logs here, I discovered that I seem to have a semi-regular reader from Italy. This surprised me - I don't think I know anyone in Italy! So, Mr. or Ms. Italian Reader, drop a comment - I wanna know who you are! =)

...I had strep throat. I feel like I'm 8, but hey - I'm on antibiotics now and feel just about healthy...

Ugh - this cold, and its various side-effects, has been plaguing me for almost a week now - today, my throat has gotten to the point where it's really painful to swallow. If I'm not better tomorrow, it's doctor time.

Wow - just realized I hadn't posted for almost a month. Huh. It's been a bit busy - mom and sister visiting, Rachel coming out for job interviews, Arwen and I breaking up (actually, I think that was before I last posted, but not by much)... I think I'm gonna make an effort to post more often over the next while - let's see if it sticks...

I really hate when you get woken up by the sound of yourself coughing. Ugh. This has not been a pleasant few days for me - nasty, nasty cold. Hopefully this is the last day...
